We worked with DCA to provide
 500 books along with the art material to a few local organizations who serve the local families and children in need.

REMEMBERING TOM MEYER

Tom Meyer, a revered Barnsdall Art Center teaching artist, passed away on March 31st, 2020. His loss will be deeply felt by many in our community. But he left behind a powerful legacy – the gift of his inspiration, generosity and knowledge.

A TRIBUTE TO LIVIJA LIPAITE:
Artist, Arts Educator, Curator

A master fine artist (ceramicist) and teaching artist, Livija Lipaite has for the last sixteen years been an employee in the Community Arts Division of the City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs.
